Soft squeeze bag with 150 milliliters of content. Enough for 5 gels with around 30 grams of content. This avoids packaging waste when you're on the go and is easier to use on the bike or when running than disposable bags. You can of course also use it to transport other concentrates or self-mixed energy such as maltodextrin and water. The flask has markings so that you can dose it correctly in the hectic race.
It also comes with a practical screw cap. You can then unscrew it and drink with one hand while cycling or running. This also means that you don't have to worry about sticky fingers and gel residue on the handlebar tape or in your jersey.
