The best part about online shopping: You don't have to go out the door. I ship with DHL because that works best for end consumers. Costs are paid by the buyer. But from a value of €100, I cover shipping within Germany and across Europe it starts from €300 . A few small parts quickly become worth it. You can find details about international shipments during the ordering process.

Everyone knows this and I'm no different: From the moment you order something online, you wait for it to be delivered, preferably on the same day. And the more urgently you want something, the longer it often takes. Basically, I always try to ship the goods as quickly as possible. You will then receive a message from the shop system to the email address stored there, all automatically. This includes a tracking number.

Attention: Since Corona, DHL has been running at full capacity and even if most shipments reach you one or two working days later, it can sometimes take a little longer. Please be patient then. Unfortunately, I'm just Der Baranski and not Jeff Bezos with his own fleet.

For books, I have set up a second option for faster shipping than the “book shipment” postal product.

Special case Packstation: This is a great thing for everyone who is never at home. In addition to your postal number, please always include the street and house number, otherwise the shop system will not find it. And think about the size of the compartments there, because items that don't fit in there simply go back and that costs you twice and annoys everyone involved.

A case that sometimes happens: Despite the correct address, the package doesn't arrive at your door, but instead comes back to me. I will then be happy to send it again, either to the first address or to a second address. This will cost me and you again. Please understand that I cannot “simply send it again” the second time, but you will also be charged for it again.

Finally: If the shopping cart falls below the free shipping limit due to a return, the shop system will automatically recalculate this.
