Anyone who, like me, at least occasionally competes in time trials under UCI regulations has a lot of fun with the detailed regulations on what can be set up on a time trial bike and how. In the "best" case, this is even checked on the grassroots event before the start of German licensed time trial and causes heated discussions and sometimes a lot of shouting five minutes before the start.
The best way to find out what the current status is is to read my blog well before the start and adjust the bike correctly according to your height. New since 2023 is that the three categories under 1.80, from 1.80 to 189.9 and over 1.90 meters are registered with the UCI and should be shown on the bike as a small sticker.
Sounds like a lot of effort? It is, and in my opinion it's completely unnecessary. Anyway, so that you don't have to go to the trouble of organizing the right sticker for you, I have produced them and am giving them out for a nominal fee.
You just have to click on the size and put it in your shopping cart. Then you'll soon have it in the mail and on your bike along with your speed vehicle. And then please put the chain on the right, put in the bite stick and step on the gas!
