GU Energy Gel 24 pack

By popular demand, I now have a sample pack in my shop containing six types of gel from California, with a total of 24 gels. Ideally, you'll like them all like I do, or you'll find your favorite.

It can, but doesn't have to, contain the following flavors: Strawberry Banana, Chocolate Outrage, Vanilla Bean, Jet Blackberry, Tri-Berry and my number one Salted Caramel. Depending on the variety, caffeine may also be added, as well as amino acids and minerals.

GU Energy Gel is vegan, gluten-free and made in the USA. GU has long been one of the leading providers.

Compared to many other brands, the GU energy gel is relatively thick. For you that means more energy per sachet and less water, which you pay dearly for. My tip for training and competition: Dissolve the gel in hot water and pour it into the GU gel flask . This way it comes out better than from the sachet, you avoid waste when you're out and about, and you can have up to five gels in one bottle and measure them out easily with the screw cap. Personally, one at a time (32 grams each) has always been too little for me anyway.

Ingredients for the Vanilla Bean flavour:

Maltodextrin, water, fructose, amino acids (leucine, valine, histidine, isoleucine), acidity regulator (potassium citrate, sodium citrate), GU Antioxidant Blend (natural vitamins E and C), citric acid, calcium carbonate, flavoring, sea salt, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), fumaric acid, GU Herbal Blend (chamomile, kola nut with caffeine, ginger), thickener (pectin).
