Per serving (1 scoop):

Total elemental magnesium - 250 mg in the form of: Albion® Magnesium bisglycinate chelate 830 mg, Magnesium bisglycinate dihydrate 430 mg, Magnesium citrate 320 mg.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, magnesium bisglycinate chelate, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), flavorings, magnesium bisglycinate dihydrate, magnesium citrate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweeteners (enzymatically produced steviol glycosides and steviol glycosides from stevia), color (Allura Red AC).

Directions for adults: Take one 5g scoop daily with 200-250ml of water. Shake well. Take 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
