This tilt booster increases the angle adjustment by 15°, allowing a range of 18° to 30° after installation. This means that riders can now easily experiment with steeper arm angles, given the UCI rule changes allowing extension angles of up to 30°. The tilt booster allows a range of 18° to 30° once installed.

Triathletes don't have this rule; for them, "steeper is better" applies because it allows them to fall into the aero position more easily, and their head automatically falls better between their shoulders and behind their hands.

However, for all of them, the stepless adjustment is far superior to that of other manufacturers, where fixed angle shims have to be used.
